Aluminum Tube Filling and Sealing

- Aluminum tube cream filling machine model TK800-M can fill cream with a minimum of 2 ml.

- Working instruction :

1. The tube in-feed system place empty tubes automatically into individual tube holders

2. Centering system orientate and inspect the I-Mark before filling

3. To adapts a blow and suction system to rid empty tubes of possible dust.

4. Tube holder pushed up to meet filling nozzle, makes the filling nozzle reach the bottom of tube. Filling and tube holder goes down slowly.

5. Folding the tubes and coding the tubes (single or double sided).
